rulers seperate:
thought acquitted

classes form-
in traditional manner

once believed-
rhetorical banter

lazed as happens
to crazed actions
when democratic satisfactions
are confined by factions

representative democracy is the powered
struggling for popular support

votes check our balance,
not obvious at second glance

that popular leaders are few
when one must be chosen from two

traditional parties
transcend ideologies:

one protestant white male
rich from europe's descent

vibrant democracy ensured to fail
when 'other' discontent

traditional moneyed
withdraw with power and wealth

who let it happen
finds fiefdom for himself
